Allen P. Pinoli, Founder/Partner of MyHuntingRoom.comALLEN P. PINOLI , FOUNDER/PARTNER

BACKGROUND
Allen P. Pinoli was born in Santa Barbara, California and raised in the Santa Ynez Valley. Allen was active in the outdoors at a young age. Through sports, competitive shooting, hunting, fishing and camping, Allen learned responsibility and leadership. These experiences built character that would ultimately become his values and standards in life. His first memberships in any type of organizations were 4-H, spending three years raising pigs, and football starting in the local Youth Football League at the age of five. Following in his Trap Shooting Hall of Fame father’s footsteps Allen found another passion— shooting. At only 11 years old, Allen would travel around the country competing in trap and sporting clay events. He soon earned California Sub-Junior Sporting Clays Champion, National Runner-Up Sub-Junior Sporting Clays Champion, and many American Trapshooting Association victories. Just as his shooting career was beginning to thrive, so was his career in football. Entering high school Allen made a decision to focus his efforts in on one sport and the rest was football history for Allen. To this day Allen still holds six Santa Ynez Valley Union High School records, of which he is most proud of his 31 touchdowns in a season which still stands today. He is the only athlete in Santa Ynez High School history to be named Santa Barbara County player of the year. As a result, Allen was awarded The U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
While attending college at Cal State Northridge, Allen’s football career was cut short by a car accident. After college Allen went to work for his father at Pinoli’s Refrigeration where he learned business, communication, and technical skills. These skills gave him the opportunity to start his own graphics company and thus his entrepreneurial spirit began to grow. After seven successful years Allen decided to sell the business focusing on a new career in construction. He is currently a co-owner in a construction company based in Solvang, California specializing in the renovation and organization of garages.

PERSONAL
Allen currently resides in Los Alamos, California with his fiancé Cammy and their chocolate lab, Rio. Allen continues to hold true to the values and standards instilled in him when he was young. His time is spent with his family and friends and continues to enjoy the outdoors while hunting and fishing.
