My name is Al McCarty (Big Al to my friends) and I just wanted to let you know about our new organization Chairbound Hunters. We started taking physically-challenged hunters in 2002, and we will offer either bow hunts or gun hunts for antelope, whitetail, mule deer and turkey starting in 2003.
The hunters will have to buy their own license: (Wyoming non-resident antelope approx. $200, Deer $240), and get to Wheatland, Wyoming on their own. Other than that, we take care of everything. I've hunted with Big Al on a CBH hunt in October and can tell you that he is one of the best guys to hunt with. He cares about doing whatever it takes to make your hunt successful & enjoyable. I took a beautiful muley & a nice antelope in 2000, and i'm driving up in two weeks to hunt with Al again in Wheatland.
This is a fine organization that needs all the help it can get to keep going. Thank you CBH!
